Zakaria Al Abri, our Chief Operations Officer, has been at GMSHM since 2007 and has a wealth of experience spanning 20 years.  

Zakaria has worked at senior levels in Military Technical Affairs and Engineering for the Air Force. With a background in Engineering, Zakaria has strengths in project management, research and development and strategic planning. He has been involved in cost containment in Homeland Security projects for the UAE and research, analysis development and project management in simulation and weapons procurement. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and certifications in Certified International Project Management (CIPM) and Project Management. 

 



Bill Hickey, our Finance Manager, earned his B.S. in accounting from Seton Hall University.

Bill is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant with over 27 years of professional finance experience within healthcare sector; 10 years of which  in the U.S. and 17 years in Europe & the Middle East. Prior to his current position, Bill served as the Finance Director for Dubai Healthcare City and as V.P. Finance, American Business Council, Dubai (2009 to 2010).

 

 


 

Mr Khaled Al Mansouri, our Director of Supply Chain Division, has over eight years’ experience in the UAE Military in senior procurement and logistics roles. 

Khaled holds a Master’s degree in strategic Management Information Systems from Griffith University.  Khaled manages the medical supply chain and procurement and support services at GMSHM and brings a wealth of experience in systems development and implementation.
